All in 5 months! Back online and leasing above rent projections. 72% of the building turned in 5 months.

• 7 Units completely renovated. 5 moves in.
• 9 Units need flooring to be 100% done.
• 3 Coming back
• 4 AC needs repair to install flooring

The goal is to be done 100% next month. Right on schedule.
